Light sculpture using pin hole light, rotational device, acrylic laser cut credit card.
As the sculpture turns it's reflection is revealed through the light whilst an additional secondary reflection pans the room.
Automatic Drawings (2024 - Present).
This is a practice developed over time which I also use in my mediumship development. The drawings are 'automatic' in the known and associated sense but the process is actually properly called 'inspired drawing' by practicing mediums. I see these drawings as prayers.
I also use drawing in this ilk as an aid for mediumship readings of which I am developing.

My RCA grad film. A cut-out animation made entirely from velvet and other fabrics. Animated on my home built multiplane.
A noir-ish tale centred around a packet of menthol vogue cigarettes, moving between Sri Lanka and the UK. Intrigued by the allure of a mysterious woman and political espionage, our narrator finds herself enticed into an addiction.
This film features an original score by Oran Johnson and recorded with a 16 piece chamber orchestra.
Made For Duty Overseas premiered at Pöff Shorts 2023. Full festival screening list below. It won Best Animated Short at Film Maudit (2.0) (2024) and runner up Best Lo-Budget Mayhem at London Short Film Festival 2024.
