extra small is equivalent to a size 6 UK. 
Small is equivalent to a 8 UK
Medium is equivalent to a 10 UK (but fits the best across the board for sizes 8-12)
Large is equivalent to a 12 UK

I wish these came bigger or even smaller but I am limited
